Pleasure Pursuit She started out as an information technology student but ended up a business student. Yanni explains: 'When I was studying IT at the polytechnic, I did pretty well for one subject which taught business.' She worked as a marketing communications executive for a computer company for a while before deciding to hone her skills at the university. Pleasure She can show you some slick hip-hop or street jazz moves. Yanni has been part of a dance club since her poly days. She says: 'When I'm up on stage and everyone's looking, I feel good and forget all about my nervousness.' Yanni thinks Britney Spears is a fantastic dancer and some of her songs make great dance grooves. PASSION The stars in the sky put a twinkle in her eyes. Yanni says: 'I've been interested in astronomy since primary school'. If there are no meteor showers to catch, she goes star-spotting on websites that capture stars through webcams. So, what would she wish for if she spots a shooting star? Yanni says: 'I'll wish for another shooting star.'
