Mass communications may be her current field of study, but Joanna would rather organise than communicate. In fact, she may be the one you end up running to the next time you want to organise a party. Joanna declares:

'I want to be an events organiser. It's fascinating and every day will be different from the last.'

PASSION

Joanna loves to dance.

But not just any dance - her heart lies with hip-hop. She says:

'Whenever I hear a hip-hop song, I feel a very strong urge to move! I won't say it - but others say I'm a good dancer.'

This student - of Chinese/Eurasian parentage - is no stranger to dancing for an audience. She adds:

'It was a school performance when I was in Secondary 1. I don't remember the steps but we danced to Genie In A Bottle.

'Some day, I want to dance on stage.'

Nothing makes her happier than spending time with her boyfriend, Devon.

'We'll just catch a movie or chill out somewhere,' says Joanna when asked what they do on a typical date.

Their first movie together - when they were just friends - was the Japanese horror flick Jun-On 2.

'I love horror movies! I don't scream but I'll duck my head and hide!'

It may appear to be a simple top, but with the proper co-ordination, it'll go far. Joanna agrees.
